Who Gets Gas Like That?

I hate going to a gas station and an idiot pulls up to a pump like he just learned to drive. Look at this pompous ass below. In his Infiniti car and shades on, he manages to pull up diagonally in front and ultimately hindering me from driving around him. This car blocker has a LOT of room behind him to properly pull up to the pump.

This got my water to a minimal boiling point, but I was already running late so I didn’t bother saying anything. In a situation like this where I know I can beat the guy up I’d drop hints of my annoyance. Who does this????
